This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit agvisual.de or contact AG Visual. It is the English-language version for the same German operator identified below.

Germany

2. General processing and legal bases
We process personal data only where necessary to provide a secure website, respond to enquiries, fulfil contracts, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests. Depending on the purpose, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), or (f) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
3. Hosting and technical delivery
The website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. When the site is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system, hostname, transferred data volume, and error information may be recorded in server logs for secure delivery, stability, and fault analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. WordPress and Elementor are used to create and deliver the website. Where the provider processes data outside the EEA, the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR apply; no specific contractual safeguard is asserted here without account-level evidence. More information: Namecheap Privacy Policy.
4. Contact enquiries
When you contact us by email, phone, or a website form, we process the information you provide to answer the enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract. Depending on the route, this may include your name, email address, company or website, selected topic, message, optional phone number, language, and request type. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for properly handling enquiries.
5. Forms and WPForms Lite
The Digital Check and project-enquiry forms are implemented with WPForms Lite. Required fields are identified in each form; the phone number is optional. Submissions are emailed to AG Visual and, in the current Lite configuration, are not stored as form entries in the local WordPress database. Integrated time-based and automated anti-spam checks are enabled; no external CAPTCHA service is used. The notification also records the form language and request type.
6. Email delivery
Form notifications and business email are sent through Google Workspace using authenticated Google SMTP. For users in the EEA, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Email addresses, message content, timestamps, and technical routing and delivery data may be processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
7. Cookies and analytics
The public website currently does not load non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. Google Analytics 4 is configured in the protected Site Kit administration area, but the public analytics snippet is disabled. Technically necessary storage or access may be used only for security, form operation, or a service expressly requested by the visitor; Section 25(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR apply where relevant. If optional analytics or external media is activated later, consent and this notice must be updated before activation.
8. Site administration and search tools
Google Site Kit, Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights may be used in the protected WordPress administration area for performance and search reporting. Their use does not by itself mean that an analytics tag is embedded for public visitors.
9. Fonts and embedded content
The public pages currently use system or locally delivered fonts. No Google Maps, YouTube or Vimeo players, social-media feeds, or comparable third-party media are automatically embedded. A new external embed must be reviewed for consent and disclosure requirements before activation.
10. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable statutory retention duties. Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed unless contractual, tax, commercial, or legal claims require longer storage.
11. Recipients and processors
Where necessary and legally permitted, recipients may include the hosting and website-operation provider, Google Workspace for email delivery, IT and security service providers, professional advisers, banks, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. Data is shared only to the extent needed for website delivery, communication, contract performance, legal duties, or a documented legitimate interest.
12. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Union or European Economic Area, including in the United States. Any such transfer is subject to Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. The applicable basis depends on the provider, service, and current contractual or certification status; this notice does not claim a specific account-level safeguard that has not been verified. You may request information about the mechanism applied to a particular processing activity at hallo@agvisual.de.
13. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. Contact hallo@agvisual.de to exercise these rights.
15. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in Hesse is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany; datenschutz.hessen.de.
16. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
17. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when services, legal requirements, or processing activities change. The current version is available at https://agvisual.ie/privacy-policy/.
